Workshop/Parts Administrative Clerk

Requires a minimum of 2 years of Parts Sales experience.

• Procurement of parts

• Updating excel spreadsheets with costs of parts for each job

• Placing orders

• Tracking returns of parts to vendors for credit

• Providing quotes to customers

• Communicating all updates and concerns to Workshop Lead and Parts Manager

Must have experience and knowledge of:

o Gearboxes

o Pumps

o Motors

o Winches

o Brakes

• Strong work ethic

• Verbal and written communications skills

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Accuracy

*Must be efficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
