Millwrights

We are seeking skilled millwrights to join our team in Rosharon, Texas. This role offers a chance to work with cutting-edge equipment and perform precision repairs.

Job Duties:

• Safely and efficiently disassemble, inspect, and repair/rebuild rotating equipment, including steam turbines, gas turbines, compressors, hot gas expanders, gearboxes, and other machinery, following strict safety protocols and guidelines.
• Conduct thorough visual inspections of disassembled components, identifying signs of wear, damage, or abnormalities that could impact equipment performance.
• Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, dial indicators, and bore gauges to take accurate measurements and assess part integrity.
• Reassemble units with repaired or replaced components, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of millwright experience
• Proficient in using precision measuring instruments
• Safety Council Basic Plus certification (current)
• TWIC card required
• Must have own hand tools
