  2. Track stock levels, reorder supplies, and manage incoming deliveries.
  3. Organize and label parts for easy access and efficient workflow.

Job Costing & Cost Sheet Preparation

  1. Prepare and update job cost sheets for each equipment service or repair job.
  2. Allocate costs for materials, labor, and overhead to specific jobs.
  3. Collaborate with workshop supervisors to ensure accurate cost tracking.

Procurement & Vendor Coordination

  1. Source parts from approved suppliers and negotiate pricing.
  2. Ensure timely delivery of components.
  3. Maintain relationships with vendors and manage purchase orders.

Administrative & Reporting Duties

  1. Input data into ERP or workshop management systems.
  2. Generate reports on parts usage, job costs, and budget variances.
  3. Support finance and operations teams with documentation.
