- Track stock levels, reorder supplies, and manage incoming deliveries.
- Organize and label parts for easy access and efficient workflow.
Job Costing & Cost Sheet Preparation
- Prepare and update job cost sheets for each equipment service or repair job.
- Allocate costs for materials, labor, and overhead to specific jobs.
- Collaborate with workshop supervisors to ensure accurate cost tracking.
Procurement & Vendor Coordination
- Source parts from approved suppliers and negotiate pricing.
- Ensure timely delivery of components.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and manage purchase orders.
Administrative & Reporting Duties
- Input data into ERP or workshop management systems.
- Generate reports on parts usage, job costs, and budget variances.
- Support finance and operations teams with documentation.
